I have experience/special interest in:

  • As a practitioner of Buddhism and meditation for over 20 years I have experience of issues arising from spiritual and creative practice.
  • I have worked with mindfulness approaches (including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for depression) and Focussing.
  • I am interested in the impact of global issues on the individual, fostering our ability to engage in skillful action.
  • Education - having worked extensively as a teacher and in EDB contexts, I understand the demands of teaching and working with young people.
